b. Shipping

I offer shipping worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary based on your location. Once your order is shipped, I am not responsible for delays caused by the shipping provider.

c. Lost or Damaged Items

If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with your order details. I will work with you to resolve the issue, but cannot guarantee a refund or a replacement.

5. Refunds and Returns

a. Eligibility

Refunds are only available for defective or damaged items. Please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return or refund. I do not offer returns however.

b. Process

To request a refund, please go to the form on the FAQ page and fill it out with your order number, photos of the damaged item and a description of the issue. If 7 days have passed since you have received your order and you have not contacted me, I will not accept the request for a refund. So if your item is damaged, please contact me as soon as you receive it.

All content on this website, including but not limited to artwork, logos, text, and images, is the intellectual property of Rokktober unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, use it for AI training data or use any content without prior written consent.
